Seven Days (7) advance notice, is mandatory to cancel your reservation with out charge. If reservation is cancelled after the seven days advance notice deadline, you may be charged for the full reservation. If the room is filled in the interim, reservation fees shall not be assessed. Rooms that are cancelled without notice at all, but are rebooked to a subsequent guest, a refund may be done, but not always guaranteed. The confirmation letter can be used to contest unauthorized credit card chargeback’s, if you do not honor our cancellation policy
